Return Conditions

  • Items with no signs of misuse.
  • In case of return, only unopened packages with their security seals intact will be accepted.

Unsatisfactory purchase

  • You have 10 days to return your purchase. To do so, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@marcris.net to find out how to proceed with the return.
  • Collection costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • In the event that the purchase had been carriage paid, MARCRIS will deduct, from the amount to be returned, the transport costs incurred in the shipment.
  • Shipping costs will not be reimbursed in the case of a freight collect shipment.

Return of goods due to transport damage

  • The time limit for making a claim for damage to the goods shall be 24 hours from the date of delivery, if the damage is not externally visible, at the time of delivery, or indicated on the delivery note. After this period of time, MARCRIS is not responsible for any type of damage that may have been caused.
  • In any of the cases described above , the economic value of the purchase will be returned to the customer through a refund to a bank account, regardless of the payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Once the merchandise has been received by MARCRIS, and it has been verified that any of the above return conditions have not been violated, MARCRIS will proceed to the monetary refund of the amount to be returned.
  • In case of non-compliance with any of the return conditions, our Customer Service will contact the customer.
  • The new shipping costs, after the return has been rejected, will be borne by the customer.
