TRADITIONAL USE OF ITS COMPONENTS:

ROYAL JELLY 200mg lyophilized equivalent to 600 mg of fresh jelly
It is an acidic, whitish, creamy substance, rich in proteins and minerals, secreted by bees to nourish the larvae during their first days of life and to feed the queen bee of the hive throughout her life. The composition of royal jelly has unique structural characteristics and is made up of a multitude of substances among which we can highlight:
- Proteins, one of the most important of which is known as apalbumin.
- Lipids.
- Sugars.
- Minerals such as calcium, potassium, sodium, iron, zinc or manganese.
- Essential amino acids such as Arginine, Valine and Serine.
- Vitamins, especially B1, B2, B5 and B6.
- Folic acid.
Royal jelly is recommended as a revitalizer in cases of fatigue, exhaustion and tiredness, or to stimulate appetite. Some studies also point to the action of royal jelly proteins on the immune system. It also helps to improve physical and mental performance, reinforces learning capacity and memory, provokes a feeling of well-being and euphoria, and contributes to increase the body's defenses, since it stimulates the production of antibodies and the proliferation of cells involved in the immune system's response.
It is also beneficial for the digestive system, helps regulate cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the body, due to its high content of folic acid and niacin, helps increase hemoglobin and promotes the proliferation of red blood cells.
Likewise, it is a superfood with antiseptic and bacteriostatic action, it is beneficial for the skin, since it acts in the renewal of epithelial cells of the skin, and helps to recover weight and appetite in anorexic or inappetent people in post-operative states.

ECHINACEA 50 mg of dry extract equivalent to 500 mg of plant
Echinacea is a herbaceous plant of the immunomodulators group. Different studies have demonstrated its healing, antibacterial and antiviral powers. Each of its parts can be used to obtain benefits from the prevention and treatment of diseases.
Echinacea is beneficial for the immune system. Its properties strengthen the body's protection against various factors such as viruses and bacteria. The best known and most frequent use is as a preventive method and to treat colds, flu, sinusitis and the like.
Its anti-inflammatory, healing and antiviral powers generate a stronger body. It acts on T lymphocytes, responsible for mediating between immune responses and various microorganisms. This means that they can prevent or treat conditions such as:
- Catarrh
- Sinusitis
- Otitis
- Herpes
- Atopic dermatitis
- Biliary, odontological, urinary tract infections
- Inflammations

REISHI 50 mg of dry extract equivalent to 500 mg of Ganoderma lucidum or Reishi Mushroom plant: It has been claimed to be anti-allergenic, antioxidant, analgesic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antiviral, antiparasitic, cardiovascular, antidiabetic, immunomodulatory, hepatoprotective, hypotensive and hypertensive, kidney and nerve tonic, and sexual enhancer. Reishi is used to treat a variety of disorders and promote vitality; it functions as an antioxidant against free radicals, protects against the effects of radiation and has anti-inflammatory effects. Reishi enhances the body's free radical scavenging capacity and is especially effective against harmful hydroxyl radicals. Reishi is a strong scavenger of hydroxyl radicals such that its actions continue even after it is absorbed and metabolized.
Ganoderic acids in the extract of Ganoderma lucidum or Reishi Mushroom have also been shown to be highly effective as anti-inflammatory agents, and in severe liver treatments. Reishi also contains sterols, which influence the hormonal system, and natural antihistamines, the main components of lingzhi have been shown to be an important anti-inflammatory and inhibit malignant tumor growth which reduces allergic reaction. Its glycosides and polysaccharides promise to be a new type of carcinostatic agent that would be useful in immunotherapy.
Reishi also contains strong antioxidant properties. They can be used to boost immunity and can also increase the effectiveness of antioxidant vitamins when the two substances are used together. It is believed that Reishi can suppress tumor growth and are often used in cancer prevention efforts for this reason.
Reishi is also used in patients with Alzheimer's disease and heart disease on the premise that inflammation may play a role in both conditions. Pain associated with other inflammatory diseases such as herpes zoster virus infection and neuralgia may respond to reishi mushroom treatment as well. In fact, the historical use of reishi mushrooms to promote longevity is probably related to the fact that inflammation is a key factor in many chronic and degenerative diseases. Researchers discovered that the lanostan in reishi acts as a natural antihistamine.

SHIITAKE 50 mg of dry extract equivalent to 500 mg of plant

It strengthens the immune system, so its applications can be many and diverse. It is usually of great help in viral and bacterial problems, since it stimulates the production of interferon, T lymphocytes and macrophages. It can help in cases of herpes, flus or colds.
It is an ally in cases of cancer and tumors, it can have an antioxidant effect (it contains lentinan, beta-glucan, the enzyme superoxide dismutase, vitamin A, vitamin C, E and selenium).
It is important for hepatitis B and cardiovascular diseases, since it favors the control of hypertension, lowers cholesterol and reduces blood viscosity. This is possible because it contains erythadenine and a type of fiber called chitin. Aids digestion by its digestive enzyme, especially pepsin and trypsin.
It is an anti-aging food, due to its high antioxidant content and because it promotes adequate levels of growth hormone.
Its ergosterol content promotes vitamin D when the sun shines on us. It is a very important nutrient for
and phosphorus adequately. Its linoleic acid content helps to manufacture different types of prostaglandins.

L-GLUTAMINE: 50 mg
Glutamine is a very versatile amino acid, involved in a multitude of metabolic processes. One of its main functions is the management of nitrogen and it is fundamental in the synthesis of ammonium for a correct renal function.
It is essential in maintaining physical and metabolic performance, especially when glycogen is depleted. Here the role of glutamine is crucial as it is the essential amino acid in gluconeogenesis.
In muscle, glutamine acts by blocking protein degradation. In addition, it is a precursor of muscle tissue synthesis, being ideal for lean mass gain.
Benefits of glutamine:

Intestinal mucosa
Glutamine is a fundamental substrate for the intestinal mucosa, which has been shown to use large amounts of glutamine for its proper balance. In particular, we must highlight glutamine's effects in situations of metabolic stress. In these cases, the body is unable to synthesize it in the required concentrations, and it is this situation that would justify the use of supplemental glutamine. Glutamine is the most important fuel, quantitatively speaking, of the intestinal mucosa. In conclusion, it maintains the mucosal structure, in addition to being able to play an important role in the maintenance of the mucosal barrier and protect against the effects of intestinal permeability.
Stress states
In situations of prolonged stress, where energy consumption is high and ends up consuming all glycogen stores, glutamine has been shown to be beneficial. In this situation, in addition, there is an activation of the neuroendocrine system, raising the levels of:
- Cortisol
- Glucagon
- Growth hormone
- Adrenaline
- Cytokines
- TSH
This initiates a catabolic cascade that will compromise the body, leading to a high caloric deficit. When catabolic stress situations are prolonged, the body eventually uses fat sources and muscle proteins. This, over time, eventually affects organ function, favoring sepsis and leading to multiorgan failure. In these situations, glutamine acquires a preponderant role, since both the intestinal mucosa and the lymphoid tissue use it as fuel, favoring the integrity and maintenance of the intestinal barrier.

In surgery and trauma
Different studies have shown that the number and frequency of infections is reduced in polytraumatized patients who are supplemented with glutamine. Glutamine also improves immune function, which is often suppressed after surgery. It has also been shown that in the case of burn patients, where there is a high production of glutamine, it is not able to be maintained in the bloodstream.

ALPHA-LINOLEIC ACID, EPA AND DHA (OMEGA 3): 100mg fish oil
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that have many beneficial properties for our health. (Omega 3 acids are found in high proportion in the tissues and fats of certain fish (generally oily fish), and in some vegetable sources such as flaxseeds and nuts such as walnuts.
There are three types of omega-3 fatty acids:
Alpha Linolenic Acid, (ALA)
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)
Eicosa Pentaenoic Acid (EPA)
Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is found in some seeds, nuts and oils of some plants. The other two EPA and DHA are found almost exclusively in fish, crustaceans and in smaller quantities in egg yolks.
And what is the difference between them? Although it may seem at first glance that they have the same properties (they are all omega-3), alpha-linolenic acid from plants does not have the same properties as omega-3 from fish.
The Omega-3 fish oil EPA and DHA have special functions in the body. DHA is highly concentrated in the brain, where it helps brain cells (neurons) communicate with each other and protects them from harmful substances (such as Alzheimer's disease), so maintaining a good level of DHA contributes to the protection of brain health, among other benefits.
EPA is very important for heart health and also influences brain function for healthy blood vessels, thanks to its anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant properties. Alpha-linolenic acid is the only Omega-3 found in plants. It has some of the health benefits associated with EPA and DHA, but not in the greater proportion than the former two.
The body needs DHA for the structure and function of the brain and for the retina of the eyes. When there is not enough DHA available, substitutes, made from other fatty acids, do not work as well. Almost the same is true for EPA, but not in the same proportion for ALA.
Beneficial effects of regular consumption of Omega 3 in the body:
- Improve cardiovascular health.
- Improve the lipid profile (reduce the concentration of triglycerides in the blood).
- They prevent the onset of arrhythmias, sudden death and reduce blood pressure.
- They improve lung function and reduce asthma.
- They have beneficial effects in inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, intestinal inflammation and skin diseases (eczema and psoriasis).
- Reduce cancer cell growth (helps prevent breast, prostate and colon cancer)
- They are essential in the development of the fetus and newborn.
- Beneficial for the treatment and prevention of certain mental disorders, mainly depression.

- Beneficial in the mental development of premature infants.

VITAMINS:
Vitamin B1 (THIAMINE) 50% NRV: helps body cells convert carbohydrates into energy. It is also essential for the functioning of the heart and healthy neurons.
Vitamin B3 (NIACIN) 50% NRV: is a vitamin that the body creates and uses to convert food into energy. It helps maintain a healthy nervous system, digestive system and skin.
Vitamin B6 (50% NRV) helps the formation of red blood cells and the maintenance of brain function. This vitamin also plays an important role in proteins involved in many chemical reactions in the body. The more protein you eat, the more pyridoxine your body requires.
Vitamin C 100% NRV:

. It helps strengthen the immune system since many cells require Vitamin C to perform their functions. In addition, they improve the production and functioning of phagocytes, which are the white blood cells responsible for releasing enzymes to kill pathogens.
- It lowers blood pressure and therefore could be beneficial in cases of hypertension.
- Prevents cardiovascular diseases as it helps control cholesterol levels and prevents oxidation of cholesterol that accumulates in the blood vessels. As a result, the risk of cardiovascular disease is reduced.
- Improves eye health by helping to prevent eye degeneration due to its antioxidant activity.
- Its consumption has a de-stressing effect since it acts on the response of the adrenal gland to stress. It also influences the reduction of fatigue to face the day to day. - It favors the improvement of depressive symptoms because it helps the synthesis of dopamine and norepinephrine. It is essential to treat depressive processes.
- It is beneficial for the skin as it contributes to the healing of skin wounds thanks to the production of collagen.
VITAMIN D (50% NRV) (Cholecalciferol): helps the body absorb calcium. Calcium is one of the main components of bone. Vitamin D also plays a role in your nervous, muscular and immune systems.
