Items with no signs of misuse.
\nIn case of return, only unopened packages with their security seals intact will be accepted.
\nUnsatisfactory purchase<\/p>\n
You have 10 days to return your purchase. To do so, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@marcris.net to find out how to proceed with the return.
\nCollection costs are to be borne by the customer.
\nIn the event that the purchase had been carriage paid, MARCRIS will deduct, from the amount to be returned, the transport costs incurred in the shipment.
\nShipping costs will not be reimbursed in the case of a freight collect shipment.
\nReturn of goods due to transport damage<\/p>\n
The time limit for making a claim for damage to the goods shall be 24 hours from the date of delivery, if the damage is not externally visible, at the time of delivery, or indicated on the delivery note. After this period of time, MARCRIS is not responsible for any type of damage that may have been caused.
\nIn any of the cases described above, the economic value of the purchase will be returned to the customer through a refund to a bank account, regardless of the payment method used to make the purchase.
\nOnce the merchandise has been received by MARCRIS, and it has been verified that any of the above return conditions have not been violated, MARCRIS will proceed to the monetary refund of the amount to be returned.
\nIn case of non-compliance with any of the return conditions, our Customer Service will contact the customer.
